Have your youngster learn from the best!
Franklin Youth Hockey's Learn to Play Hockey program is often imitated but there is no substitute for the best!Registration for Learn to Play Hockey will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2007 from 11:00am to 1:00pm Veterans Arena in Franklin.
Beginning Sunday, October 16, 2007, players will start on a season-long program that will teach them the skills of skating, stick-handling and the basic rules of hockey. A strong emphasis is placed upon skating and enjoyment of the game.
Classes will be held every Sunday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Norfolk Arena in Norfolk. The cost of the program is $500 per player. There is also a $50.00 fundraising fee per family. The $50 is per family, so if there is already a sibling in the program then there is no additional $50 fee.

COACHING:
All of our instructors are certified by USA Hockey, and follow FYHA's time-tested program that annually produces players that made us Massachusetts Hockey's "Program of the Year" in 1999, and perennially one of the strongest, most competitive programs in all of Massachusetts.
Parents and adult volunteers, who want to participate on-ice, must be certified at the Initiation level by USA Hockey.
All players are required to wear full hockey gear and a certified hockey helmet with face guard. All players are required to have a hockey stick and will receive a Franklin Youth Hockey jersey.
